On 30 January 2020, the Belarusian  Foreign Ministry invited XY Group representatives Hailong Xue and Jian Jiao and representatives of the Belarusian Embassy in China to participate in consultations with Vice Prime Minister Lyashenko Igor Vasilievich and Bellesbumprom Chairman Yuri V. Nazarov regarding outstanding issues relating to the 200,000 ton paperboard project.
