On March 7, 2023, Xue Hailong, Executive President of XY Group, was invited to visit the Syrian Embassy in China. H.E. Hasanein Khaddam, Syrian Ambassador to China, cordially met with XY Group. Xue Hailong  comprehensively shared with the Ambassador the latest developments of the Group, and, with a view to expanding cooperation with Syria, warmly invited Syrian  entities to participate in the Sino-Russian Energy Industrial Park, located in Harbin.
