On November 21st, XY Group partner, Moscow-based MTZ-TRANSMASH, celebrated its founding a century ago.
The Russian company is known for manufacturing reliable braking systems for locomotives and subway cars. It meets ISO\TS 22163 and ISO 9001 standards and has recently focused on digitalization and automation of brake system production. The company’s product scope is broad and it holds many Russian and international patents. Its equipment can be used in temperatures ranging from –60°C to 60°C.
Based on product quality and reliability, MTZ TRANSMASH is recognized as a leader in brake systems. It hosts the GOST certification lab, which serves as the brake certification authority for Russia and throughout the CIS.
XY Group has served as exclusive distributor for MTZ-TRANSMASH since 2006. We have supplied thousands of brake sets to CRRC companies and have contributed to the export of Chinese rolling stock around the world.
